My Journey To Self-Healing

I believe that profound healing is possible and that the power is within each of us  sometimes we just need to be shown the way. 

Throughout history, there have been countless stories of incredible feats of mind over body control—accounts of profound healings, sages performing psychic surgeries or monks raising their body temperature and slow their hearts. The placebo effect even demonstrates how belief in treatment can lead to real physiological changes … and many people are able to heal and recover from serious illnesses like cancer, fibromyalgia, and multiple sclerosis. These remarkable accounts, often dismissed by Western medicine, reveal the profound healing potential that lies within each of us.

I sought a direct way to access this inner power to consistently and effectively initiate self-healing to a broad range of physical and emotional pains and discomforts. My journey began by studying various healing modalities and behavioral therapies.  I dove deep into teachings such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda Medicine, Qigong, Reiki, Quantum Touch, Pranayama, Somatic Techniques, and many lesser-known healing modalities. Additionally, I explored behavioral sciences including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Jungian and Freudian philosophies, Hypnotherapy, and modern therapeutic principles. My exploration continued into plant medicine, mindfulness, and higher consciousness adventures. Some offered limited solutions, but none offered consistent, lasting results. It wasn’t until I discovered little-known but powerful concepts from cognitive neurobiology and neuro-linguistics that I was able to develop a highly effective approach to self-healing.

I experimented with techniques that accessed the deep subconscious parts of the brain—the areas where pain, emotion and our outer experience is processed—seeking the quickest, most direct, and most effective ways to self-heal by gaining control over the mind and body with minimal effort and maximum impact.

My methods were further refined and enhanced through the pioneering work of Bernheim and Liebault, as well as the contributions of renowned British physicians Braid, Elliotson, and Esdaile. Additionally, the insights of Erickson, Meares, Grinder, and Bandler, along with the techniques of modern healers who tap into the subconscious mind, have all influenced my approach. The results of their work speak for themselves: tumors have regressed and been cured; migraines, palsies, arthritis, infections, endocrine disorders, gynecological issues, inflammations, and neurological conditions have all been alleviated by focusing on the subconscious dimensions of pain and discomfort.

I also draw from my own extensive experience. For instance, I have observed numerous bloodless surgeries involving the knee, shoulder, and hip, as well as other major operations. I have seen tumors stop growing, regress, and even disappear; witnessed dislocated elbows and shoulders spontaneously relocate without any physical manipulation; bleeding stop; pain vanish; and wounds heal at an astonishing rate—all in response to methods you too can learn and apply in your own life. 

By integrating these concepts with recent scientific understandings of the body-mind connection, and numerous trials, I finally found the direct path to self-healing I had been searching for. I was able to develop a variety of methods and processes to manage pain, anxiety, limiting beliefs, and bad habits in a way that was both quick and effective. Instead of just masking the symptoms, these self-healing techniques helped me and countless others achieve profound results and greater control over physical sensations, emotional reactions and mental processes.

These phenomena, where ideas elicit physical responses, have often taken me by surprise and challenged my previous assumptions. Consequently, I acknowledge that I do not fully understand the limits that our physical bodies impose on what we refer to as the mind. However, I am certain that these limits are far less restrictive than what is taught in medical school, both in terms of causation and treatment. Regardless of ones beliefs, the capacity we possess to influence both mental and physical outcomes in ourselves and others is still not fully explored or explained.

Today, I stand as a testament to the incredible healing power that lies within each of us. It doesn’t take years of meditation practice or training by a shaman to learn powerful self-healing techniques. With the right approach, anyone can unlock their innate ability to heal, transforming their life in ways they never thought possible.
